The NZAMI retains the right to cancel any event, CPD or Conference. If an event is cancelled, the Association will immediately inform registered participants and issue either a refund or credit note.
Due to the NZAMI CPD capacity restrictions, unfulfilled registrations take up valuable places in NZAMI CPD events.
Reimbursement or the issuance of credit notes for those who fail to attend is entirely at the discretion of the NZAMI and will only be considered IF the NZAMI office is advised at least 7 business days prior to the event they cannot attend.
Orders cannot be changed from 'attending' a seminar to the MP4 or livestream of said seminar without at least 7 business days notice directly to NZAMI prior to the Seminar date. The fee difference will also need to be paid.
Conference registrations will require 3 weeks notice, ie 15 business days notice, if you wish to change or cancel your booking. Due to printing, catering and deadlines associated with a large and complex event, refunds will not be provided for last minute changes or cancellations to bookings.
